Current Role and Professional Experience

Nora joined Lanter® in 2019 in her current role as Vice President of Human Resources with a responsibility for strategizing and delivering the essential services and resources to serve the mutual interests of people and business alike. That responsibility includes talent planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, skills development, total rewards all while considering the employee experience.

 

Prior to Lanter®, Nora was the head of Human Resources for Sachs Electric for 5 years and brings over 18 years of HR experience with her.

Nora earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Management and an MBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
