What makes Lanter® special

"Two key things drew me to Lanter®, the first is the people and culture that the leadership team has created based firmly in the Non-Negotiables. It has created a positive “can do” culture. The second, linked to the first is a drive for positive change. I have worked in a number of companies but the drive for change at all levels within Lanter® is a rare thing, and it’s a privilege to be leading the development of the Lean strategy."

What’s important to me

“As a change leader I am passionate about seeing the effect that Lean brings to the team. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the team on the dock floor develop the lean tools and techniques and realize they are the problem solvers. This level of change has a positive effect on all of us.”
